The Perifit Care+ device has been great for helping with my pelvic floor exercises.
The problem I had with pelvic floor strengthening is I was never sure if it was done right, for long enough and for the right period of time.
The device comes with an app for your phone that helps you do the exercise correctly and I’ve found it has helped and notice a difference already.
It’s a good easy to use device and i would recommend it to anyone who has issues with their pelvic floor.
